I just did the job on mine. Whew. Thank you very much for your video. The one piece of advice that I would offer is that it is best to use a 1/4" drive for the rear bolts. This will allow just enough clearance to line up with the 13mm bolts on the straps. And most of the clips will release if you press them in the middle and pull. I only had to get medieval with one.

Is this actually the OEM "Member Kit" P/N 31359465 ? I have a 2015.5 XC60 T6 RD 3.0 and P/N 31359465 on volvo's website says it will fit without any modification.

why not simply go buy a new rear swing arm that is wider , or have your one made wider ? cutting metal off the caliper is DANGEROUS, and not to be advided, again if you want one with less thicknes then get a custom one made from titainium..... rather than cut metal off i would of puta jack in between the swing arm and jacked it out 1/8th inch each side..

How long did the fuel low level work, I bet for maybe 2-3 tanks if it is the same float as I installed. If the cables are not gasoline resistant and will eventually fail again.

I had a stuck slip on spout... got the set screw out.. all he way out ... flipped it upside down sprayed lubricant in the screw hole and on the copper tube.. twisted it a bit.. and it came right off.

I am highly impressed with your investigation. Ryobi is certainly a brand that offers a lot of value, decent performance, a huge line up, and generally fairly priced. But sometime you have to wonder what the heck they were thinking, putting a fuse in this hidden, hard to get place like that. Hiding screws under a label ? Choosing to use a rivet to seal access to inner tube ? Really? It sure looks like they want you to replace the whole tool with a new one All this for a 1$ part ? Shame on you, Ryobi !

I just replaced my power steering pump on my 9-3 4 cylinder (super easy)! I would like to install an inline filter (magnetic) to capture any particles left behind from the old grinding pump.

I always get hung up reinstalling the lock rings, not just Saabs but everything else too. There's gotta be a trick I'm missing. Great video though, ours died and we had to drop a half full tank
